Terms of service

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between Azirious LTD ("we", "us") and the business that installs IDReady ("you"). By installing or using the app you accept them.

1. The service

IDReady lets you ask your customers to verify their identity or age, tags and optionally holds the related Shopify orders, and records the outcome. It is a tool that supports your decisions. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee that any individual is who they claim to be, or that you comply with any specific law.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Accounts and installation

You install the app through Shopify. You must be authorised to bind the business that owns the store.

4. Fees

Plans and per-verification charges are shown on the pricing page and in the app, and are billed through Shopify. A "verification" is a finished check (approved, declined or sent to review). Unopened or expired links are not charged. Charges for completed verifications are non-refundable. You can change plan or uninstall at any time; charges already incurred remain payable.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy and, for the identity checks we perform on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. You are the controller of your customers' data and we act as your processor for those checks.

6. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Automated checks can be wrong in both directions, which is why you can review and override any result.

7. Intellectual property

We own the app and its branding. You keep your data. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for your own business while these terms apply.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or do not pay. After uninstall we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable costs if a third party claims against us because of how you used the service in breach of these terms or the law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will say so in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or data protection law in your country says otherwise.
